Laminar flows are air systems designed to minimize contamination in cleanrooms and other controlled environments.
These systems work by creating a unidirectional airflow that moves through the room and by removing particles and microorganisms from the air through a high-efficiency filter.

Laminar air flows are designed to provide high levels of product protection against airborne particles.
FL airflows make it possible to create delimited areas with an ISO 5 classification level according to ISO 14644-1. Class A according to GMP.
Portable trolley-type laminar flows allow the generation of a controlled environment of clean air in a specific area, eliminating particles and microorganisms present in the air.
The main characteristics of these flows are:
Mobility: the equipment is mounted on a trolley with wheels that allows it to be easily moved from one place to another.
Size: the equipment is small and compact, making it easy to store when not in use.
HEPA filter: it has a high efficiency HEPA filter that is capable of retaining particles down to 0.3 micrometers with an efficiency of 99.97%.
Laminar flow: the equipment generates a laminar flow of clean air, which is directed in one direction only to avoid cross-contamination.
Working area: the working area is limited and designed to work with small quantities of materials, making it ideal for use in laboratories, hospitals and clinics.
Speed control: the equipment has a speed control that allows adjusting the air flow speed to adapt it to the needs of each application.
Low noise level: the equipment produces a low noise level, making it suitable for use in noise-sensitive environments.
Modular air flow systems that can be integrated into F.L.I. machines are designed to provide high levels of product protection against airborne particles during the product filling or packaging process.
